After taking a walk with my dog Jojo, I spend my mornings writing. It is therapy. Whether it's fiction or creative nonfiction, I cleanse my mind by playing with words and weaving them into plots. What can be more fun than that? Yes, once an English teacher, always a story lover.

 

I'm delighted to announce that my teaching memoir My Homecoming Dance: Reflections on Teaching in Wisconsin, published by the Wisconsin Writers Association (wiwrite.org), will be released on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.
